Bio
He is member and invited professor at the Chair of Corporate Governance at IAE Business School, Universidad Austral (Argentina). His research focuses on corporate governance and family business, with emphasis in developing economies. He regularly presents his research on these topics at leading international conferences, including IFERA (International Family Enterprise Research Academy), EURAM (European Academy of Management), ICGS (International Corporate Governance Society), and SPGC (STEP Project Global Consortium). His work has been published in book chapters and leading international journals.
His educational background includes an Aeronautical Engineering Degree (UNLP, Argentina), a Master in Business Administration (Instituto Directivos de Empresa CESEM, Spain), and a PhD from IAE Business School, Universidad Austral (Argentina).
Before starting his academic career, he worked for more than 29 years in multinational family-owned companies across Europe and Latin America, reaching top management and Board-level positions. He currently collaborates with several companies as a Board advisor and supports family businesses in corporate governance matters.
