In today’s environment, the collection of data has become second nature. Data regarding people and their behaviors is more available than ever. Thus, it is surprising that companies and team leaders still seem to know little about their own workforce. This specialization will provide the tools and techniques to answer crucial questions about the core of any business: its people.

Program Structure

8 courses (total of 120 hours). Program will be taught fully in English and online

Schedule

Each course is from 5:30 p. m. to 9:30 p. m. on Thursdays and Fridays; and from 8:00 a. m. to 4:30 p. m. on Saturdays.

Degree

  • Graduates from the UFM School of Business will obtain a Minor in People Analytics.
  • External applicants (who must have a bachelor's degree in a business-related area and at least 5 years'm experience) will obtain a letter of participation in the Minor in People Analytics fromUFM School of Business.
    • External applicants that might later wish to obtain a master's degree from the UFM School of Business, will have the Minor in People Analytics accredited to their degree.
