Miguel Mendez

Holds an Aeronautical Engineering Degree (UNLP, Argentina) and Master in Business Administration (Instituto Directivos de Empresa CESEM, Spain). He worked over 29 years reaching top management and Board positions in multinational family companies in Europe and Latin America. After this extensive experience as practitioner, he moved to academia and is currently finishing his PhD studies at IAE Business School, Universidad Austral (Argentina), where he is member and invited professor at the Chair of Corporate Governance at IAE. His research focuses on corporate governance and family business, with emphasis in developing economies. He collaborates with several companies as advisor to the Board and helps family firms in governance matters.
